Artist Melody Lea Lamb art approved by Apple for iPhone

Hello Everyone!
Exciting news here to share! A fellow artist, I should say a very hard-working successful one, Melody Lea Lamb's miniature paintings of her adorable creatures have been approved by Apple for iPhones with over 600 downloads to choose! I'm delighted about Melody's latest endeavor with Apple. Truly amazing how one's art can grow into areas you never imagined. From miniature ACEO's to iPhone apps, that's the journey of Melody's art. I wanted to share this news right after soon as I heard, because it's a great example of where your art can take you. Here's what Melody has to say about this endeavor and how the idea was born:

About a month ago I was invited to lunch by my new Twitter friend,
Dave Carpenter, who also lives in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts.
Over lunch Dave and I were talking about my art
(which is predominately ACEOs-miniatures 3.5” x 2.5”).
Suddenly his eyes lit up and he said, “an iPhone app!”
Of course, these little paintings would be just perfect for viewing
on an iPhone. So I hurried home and contacted my brother,
Matthew Revenaugh, who is a computer programmer (TheSoftWareMan),
and before we knew it, a great little iPhone App was born.
A revolving pocket gallery of my miniature paintings that will change weekly!
Now your favorite ACEO's can travel with you,
a quick pick me up as you navigate your day!
If you want to preview the App., or you don’t have an iPhone,
you can view it in the Safari browser, just remember to scale down
your page to about the size of an iPhone. In FireFox you can use
this iPhone Simulator. Add the App link to the mock iPhone and
hit enter, although it will not look its best in this browser.
Can not  be previewed in Internet Explorer.
Enjoy! Melody Lea Lamb

P.S. Even more interesting fact about Melody's new Mini's iPhone apps: They have reached the #20 most popular spot out of  4334 apps in the first week!  hed the #20 most popular spot out of 4334 apps in the first week!

Thank you so much Allison for this wonderful and generous write about my exciting news! The app is free and my hope is that it will spread a little happiness in the form of a hand held "Pocket Gallery"

I too was looking at Melody's app the other day. Quite a treat and I don't have an iPhone but you can see it all online anyway. Thanks to great artists like Allison and Melody for making tech come to life. (Hey, is that my widget down there???) lol

my warm regards to you both,
