We couldn't have done it all without you and your gracious support, Allison.
Here's the exciting details from Gary Brant, CEO of 140Hours Hall of Fame from NY:
We have a huge success to report tonight from our just completed DUAL-AUCTION held over this past weekend.
I'm pleased to report several records were broken, and this is encouraging news for all of us upon completion of our 6th auction event!
First, we broke an all-time record for price paid for a single work, New Jersey resident artist Mario Robinson received a bid of $2,500 at the culmination of a heated bidding war for his watercolor portrait "Mr. Dixon", which you may see by clicking this link: http://bit.ly/83rRqL
Secondly, we earned overall the highest amount of sales ever in our history, about $6,800.00.
AND, on our first-ever try at doing a 100% for charity event for the Haitian earthquake disaster victims, we raised approximately $3,500, final tabulations still in progress! THIS IS EXCITING!
NOW, I hope you're sitting down, WE SOLD 30 ARTWORKS IN 51 HOURS over this weekend, WOW! That is a STUNNING record for ANY art gallery in the world, and 140hours is proving that we are becoming the leading art auction venue.
